PodCMS.com

A clearer view of podcast publishing.

Learn what PodCMS.com covers, who the podcast publishing guides are for, and how the site separates editorial resources from unavailable services.

A field guide, not a software promise

PodCMS.com helps podcasters, publishers, and developers understand the decisions behind podcast content management. The site connects CMS planning, RSS publishing, discovery, text workflows, hosting, archives, and advertising through focused guides and longer articles.

We use product-category names to organize those topics, not to imply that we operate the products. There is no hosted CMS, live RSS directory, search index, transcription service, advertising network, CDN, cloud hosting plan, podcast panel, or WordPress plugin available through this site.

Begin with the problem you are solving

A small show choosing a publishing workflow needs different questions from a publisher migrating a catalog. Start with the topic library to identify the relevant part of the system. Each guide defines its scope, proposes practical checks, and points toward a longer article.

The Pod CMS Lab collection follows ten distinct decisions in more depth. It is designed to be read with a real episode, workflow, or catalog in mind. Examples and planning assumptions are labeled rather than presented as measured results or promises.

Sources, boundaries, and corrections

Technical and other material factual claims are grounded in relevant primary documentation where cited. Operational checklists are editorial recommendations, not evidence that a particular vendor has passed our tests. We do not publish invented customer stories, credentials, audience statistics, or service guarantees.

Use the editorial policy for more detail about sourcing and corrections. For a possible error, send the page address, a concise description, and a useful supporting reference through the contact page. Please do not send confidential recordings, credentials, or private feed tokens.

Read without an account

The guides and articles can be read without signing in. Browse the categories and topic threads, or open the editorial RSS feed in a compatible reader. That feed distributes written content, not an audio catalog. There are no signup, upload, or search forms on this site.
